We’re looking for people who like to drive, work independently and support relationships with existing customers. Yes, you’ll work hard to pick up and deliver uniforms, mats and other products to a set customer base. But, you’ll also get to interact and know our customers, learn more about their needs and be the connection they have to our company.
Our Route Service Drivers play an integral role in customer retention, which is currently over 95% and also have opportunities to earn commission and bonuses by offering additional products to these customers.
Daily duties involve lifting, carrying and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts. You would be the crux of our commitment to provide a personal touch in our service to each customer. By responding to customer inquiries and requests, as well as pro-active problem solving, you will represent the WW Uniforms team on a daily basis.
The Route Service Driver must effectively respond to the customer’s needs and also introduce new products as needed. The Route Service Representative will consistently maintain and represent a professional image of WW Uniforms through excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engaging in 3 weeks of training
- Driving a company-owned truck to deliver uniforms, linen and facilities products to customer’s places of business
- Obtaining customer signature on invoices for pickup or delivery
- Picking up soiled uniforms and linen and loading/unloading the truck
- Develops and maintains the customer's goodwill by in daily interactions by taking a keen interest in our customers' needs and developing a strong rapport
- Keeps customers abreast of new products or services
- Listens to and resolves service complaints. Maintains inventory and follows company’s policies on inventory control
- No smoking or tobacco use is permitted on the job
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent required
- Outgoing, engaging personality
- Clean drug test and driving record
- Organized with strong communication skills
- Maintain a neat and clean work environment
- Self-starter with ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Able to lift and carry bundles weighing up to 85 pounds short distances
- Able to climb in and out of a truck several times a day in all kinds of weather

As a WW Uniform Service Sales Representative, you’ll sell Uniform Rental services to new customers within an assigned geographic territory ranging from Massachusetts, Connecticut, Eastern New York, to the 5 borrows of New York City. You’ll have a company vehicle, laptop, and other tools to support your efforts. And, of course, you’ll get really cool uniforms!
We’re continuing to invest in technology and marketing support, with a recent website update, ongoing marketing, lead nurturing and creating the collateral you need to connect with prospective businesses.
You’ll work and report to our Sales Manager while working closely with our customer service and route service teams who will ensure a smooth transition for your new customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Make daily cold calls
- Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
- Developing and qualifying sales opportunities
- Face-to-face presentations
- Negotiate and secure signed agreements
- Maintain database
- Attend weekly meetings with the team
- Provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, engaging, sales motivated personality
- Success in the cold calling for B2B services
- Willing and able to travel daily within assigned territory
- Computer literate in MS office
- Self-starter with the ability to be organized with strong time management
- Hunter sales mentality is a must for true success

- The ability to stand for an extended amount of time during the shift
- The ability to handle physical requirements, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting

Requirements & Experience:
- Management experience: 5 years
- Ability to work in an industrial setting with heat/cold extremes and loud/distracting noises
- Strong customer service responsiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at once
- Prior textile/laundry experience preferred
- Bi-lingual ability in Spanish (not required)
Qualified Candidates can enjoy:
- $20/hour
- 32 - 36 hours per week
- Shift time: 2pm - close (8:30-9:30pm)

As a WW Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all sales, promotions, and campaigns. You would be involved with hiring Sales Representatives, and responsible for training and directing them. Relay information to department staff about sales quotas. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients. We will provide you with a company vehicle, laptop, and any other tools needed to support your efforts.
